Time slips and slipping in Time

More than any other tragic event in Lebanon’s tumultuous recent history, the Beirut port explosion of 2020, yet an unresolved mystery, continues to weigh on our quotidian. This lecture revisits the event from the perspective of time slips and time travel, engaging with the paranormal as well as script writing devices found in science fiction films.
