Video Works 2009, in its second edition, continued the initiative of a sustainable structure for video production. Following an open call, the selected participants were provided with a production budget and support by filmmakers Ghassan Salhab, Akram Zaatari and Mohamad Soueid throughout the process. The final works were shown in a collective screening session in May 2009.

Participants included Rania Stephan, Marwa Arsanios, Lama Sawaya, Gheith Al-Amine, Kinda Hassan, Carine Doumit, Mark Khalife, Nadim Asfar.
